Head down to breech?

I am being induced in a few hours at 37 weeks for high blood pressure. For this entire pregnancy baby has been head down. I have always been able to feel her booty up near my ribs and felt her head press down. However, this morning I woke up and instead of the one bump sticking out from her butt I now have two bumps sticking out and I don’t feel as much pressure. Is there a chance she could have flipped this late in the game? Just trying to prepare for tonight. It’s almost like she’s laying sideways... not sure how induction will work if that’s that case. Any advice or tips are helpful.
