What is going on?

My doctors office had no help- it’s like a super CONSTANT tightening of top of tummy and back and back is also super sore. Its not in waves though its just this super intense constant pain/ ache. And it radiates from my back and concentrates where the top of my belly meets chest. Eek 😖

Most likely BH. They can get very uncomfortable the further you get along. Also being really active during the day can cause them. Trust me I know how you feel. I been getting them since 33 weeks and cramping here and there. They can be very annoying.

I just started getting that too, for me it’s Braxton Hicks. It doesn’t come in waves it just stays there getting worse until I lay down. It’s AWFUL. I recommend drinking a big glass of water with electrolytes (I drink an emergen-C) and laying down for as long as you can. It’s frustrating that I can’t get stuff done! But mine does go away... as long as I don’t get up...

Thanks everyone- I guzzled water and took Tylenol and laid down and a couple hours later felt better, but wow! I didn’t realize they could be that intense. How am I going to do labor lol.
