How do you transition a baby to a crib???

My son is 4 months and unfortunately he is outgrowing his graco swing bassinet which i love so much he sleep good at night with this bassinet and i think its the best one out there but he can barely fit...
How do you mamas transition your baby to crib?

Started with naps in her crib. Used her sound machine and I got a projector. For nights I would let her start fall asleep or get very drowsy the put her in the crib i have the owlet so it says when shes moving and i can see her in the camera I let her cry for 2 min then gradually take it longer and longer... and she self soothes herself now.. 
I'm always paranoid and checking in her about her not in the room anymore but she moves so much now. It was time

We also had a graco swing bassinet for our son. We transitioned him from napping in his graco to  napping in his crib. We tried it cold turkey, which didn’t work, so we did a slow transition over the course of a week. We started it by slowly decreasing the swing level until he could sleep in the bassinet with only the vibration on. Then we slowly decreased the vibration until he was sleeping in the swing without it swinging or vibrating. When he got used to that, that’s when we transitioned him to his crib and he’s been napping like a champ in it since then. We have another bassinet in our room for night sleeping (not our graco anymore, a stationary one), but we’ll probably move him to his crib soon for overnights as well.

We did crib naps. Then started to let her fall asleep in bassinet but once we went to bed we would move her to the crib. Then she was just too big so we moved to crib full time at about 3 1/2 months of age.

I did both my sons at 10 weeks, 
Naps and bedtime. You want the room as dark as possible, we do sleep sacks and sound machines. 
Our youngest has been sleeping through the night since 2 months, and our oldest since four months.

We are letting our baby take naps in the crib and I think some time in the next few weeks, he will be put to sleep on the crib. Hopefully he will accept haha

My daughter is 4months also and had grown out of moses basket. Around a week ago she wouldnt settle one evening, so I popped her in her crib, left her for all of 2 mins whilst I went to the bathroom, she stopped crying thumb went in and off to sleep!!
Very lucky mumma - we havent looked back and shes slept in there every night since.  She loves the extra room and moves around a lot in it.
