Clingy baby?!?!

My son is 7 months as of 3 days ago and he has been super clingy to me refuses to get in his pack and play, his jumper, his walker he will only play with his toys if I'm holding him. I cannot get nothing done, he even sleeps with me I can get him in his crib when he first goes to sleep but once he wakes up he will not go back in it, he will literally scream until I pick him up, when I set him down he will wrap his arms around mine. I try to put him in his jumper or walker and sit there with him playing so he knows I'm not leaving but it doesn't help either I am also 10 weeks pregnant I have a baby carrier but it is very bulky and uncomfortable
