Baby kicks really low

When did you mommies start feeling your baby kick higher? This is my second I’m 23 weeks & a few days, I still feel her really low. Shesalways kicking my cervix and bladder. I feel her kicks all the time in my pubic bone it’s uncomfortable. I can’t wait for her to move up! With my first I always felt her pretty high and never experienced Her that low. It’s my second girl!
