Am i in labour?!

I'm having extreme period/sharp pains in pelvis and feels like baby's head is squirming about in there and back ache right above bum in my "dimples", every 5mins at the minute and are lasting 10-30 seconds depending... Can't deal with them standing only laying on side, can't sit up atm. At what point do I go in? lol once they're gone I'm fine like relief but then it comes and I'm like aaah man this sucks haha.

Possibly the very early stages. I am the same but pains are lasting longer and I've just had a sweep about 2 hours ago. Hoping they keep coming and start lasting longer 🤞

My dr said the 5 1 1 rule every 5 minutes lasting a minute for 1 hr

If they’re that consistent it sounds like contractions.  My doctor says 5 minutes apart lasting 1 minute.  Take a warm bath if you can handle getting in the tub or a shower.  It may also help to call l&d

UPDATE! Sooo he was born at 22:36 after my waters broke 2 hours prior!! If you feel intune with your body, listen to the signs cause I definitely knew it was labour! Just wanted to clarify I wasn't hasty! Lol natural delivery and he was legs first!!🤣

It could be false labor.. it happens. Start timing it if you can. And once you see that you can time them and get a good amount in, call l&d

Could be very early stages, but also sounds very short to be contractions. I'd use a contraction app and lay on your left side, drink water, try to rest.
