Fitness or eating program

So just scrolling through my insta I saw the faster way to fat loss and one of their people talking about it being safe for pregnancy, but I think some of the big reason people are successful is the fasting aspect even if it’s 16 hours and I get low blood sugar so idk about that. Has anyone used a program during pregnancy that has helped them slow down the weight gain a little bit I’ve already hit 45 pounds and still have 4 months left and don’t want to gain as much as my last pregnancy. Any recommendations. I eat mostly healthy and am semi active so I feel like I need some sort of program to follow
