Can Tylenol PM cause heart issues? Help !!!!

So I recently took a Tylenol pm which I often do to help me sleep. I’ve done with all my previous pregnancies. Anyways so the other night I took one and even though I fell tired I felt like my heart was racing and I wanted to get up from bed and run a whole marathon! I called my OB she said to stop taking them. But have any of you gone through this before?

Prior to this happening I sometimes need to randomly just stop what doing because I feel like my body is shaking and I can’t breath right. It’s happened mAybe 2-3 times this pregnancy and I’m 23w6d

Also I don’t do much exercise besides taking care of my 4 kids lol I’m not overweight or anything either
