What’s going on?? 😫

My first postpartum period returned at 13 months. Last week I went to do a Pap smear and my midwife told me I was likely ovulating (13 days after the period started) based on the touch and openness of the cervix and wet fluid.

For the past week I had a lot of creamy fluid (weird after ovulation) and yesterday was raw egg white, so I tested and it was really positive - test line darker than the control line. Also I’ve been having a lot of cramping.

What’s going on? Is it possible that I didn’t ovulate a week ago and I’m ovulating now? Or could it be a sign of pregnancy?
