Losing weight?? Idk where to start 😓
Hey everyone!! So I used to weight 145lbs, but after three years on the pill, me being lazy, and a good relationship where he buys me food all the time, I’m up to 175lbs. I REALLY want to get down to 130lbs/140lbs by the end of this year, but I know I’d have to be super strict on myself. I work at chick fil a, and I can basically have soft drinks and fried foods whenever I want, which is what is KILLING ME. Can anyone give me some advice on what to eat, how many calories I should be eating/burning, and how to stop my soft drink addiction? I’m having a super hard time, but I just want to be healthier for myself, and feel confident in my own skin. Any advice is helpful. Thank you!!
