Is this kind of fat normal...

Hey!!

I’m 23. I do HIIT workouts everyday for 20 mins high intensity and have been doing this for two months. I notice no difference in my cellulite or the weight in my legs reducing. Is this a medical problem? Am I not doing the right kind of exercise to lose this weight?

HIIT Is a lot of jumping and leg work. I’ve noticed the weight reducing in my arms and waist but not my lower half.

I eat a balanced diet. Greens everyday, one sweet thing maybe and some carbs. But not much.

I had a shock and felt depressed today discovering I looked like this in a changing room, especially after all this working out....
