Is this even possible?

My husband and I have been trying since 2017 no help no fertility drugs nothing. I was going to go to the doctor on the 9th to figure out why I haven’t had a period since January and I tested in February and March and negatives then so I gave up quit testing and accepted the fact that I had some sort of hormonal imbalances and I wasn’t going to get pregnant or have a period.

So for some reason I told myself the doctor will ask if I have tested recently and I wanted to be able to tell her yes and it was negative. But to our surprise it was far from negative!!!! Has anyone ever experienced this because I’m in utter shock and disbelief. I just want it to be healthy and everything go great!!!
