Girl name

My partner likes old fashioned names and I just like what I like. If a name reminds me of someone I don’t have fond memories of, it’s an immediate veto! He really likes Suzanna for a girl name and I’m really trying to like it. But I think of my friends mom who is a total bag every time I hear it! He says it’s nice because you can shorten to Susie, Susan, Sue... and I get it but it seems like such an old lady name to me... what do you think about the name Suzanna? Probably middle name Lynn or Maria.
