31 weeks and 3 days and measuring big!

Hey ladies, I went for my 4D sono this evening and the lady told me that my baby is in the 97th percentile for his head and legs and his stomach was in the 94th percentile 😳 she said by her measurements that he is weighing 5 pounds 2 ounces. My app is saying babies around 31 weeks should weigh about 3.5 pounds. Has anyone ever measured that much ahead? My next ob appt isn’t until the 15th but I do plan to tell me doctor what she said. I’m just curious if she could be off or are her measurements most likely right?

Ps. My fundal height has anyways been normal at every appointment
