Reflux? Bottle fed

Anyone’s babies had reflux??

Daughter is just over 3 weeks old and from what I can gather she has a lot of symptoms of reflux

She will not settle at all on her back to sleep, making night times impossible atm. She spits up every so often too. She only seems to settle on my chest

We already feed her at an angle, burp regularly, keep her upright or on my chest for at least 30 mins after a feed, she has anti colic drops before feeds too

We are going to try reducing her feeds down but make them more often as she’s drinking 5oz every 4 hours atm

Any other advice whilst I wait to speak to the GP Monday?
