Weight
I've been extremely anxious about my weight for my height for a long time now.
I decided mid-June to go on a diet and I've not been using the scales but checking individual measurements and I'm already seeing differences!
My hips and stomach have lost half an inch, my thighs a full inch and my arms 0.2 of an inch!!! I know it isn't a lot but seeing the weight changes in a way that isn't scales is so exciting and makes me want to go into the exercise route along with my diet now.
