TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️ just an appreciation post
Coming from someone who previously had anorexia and bulimia, I’m proud to say I’m finally over it... I went from 120ish to now 150/155... now I can lift and workout and I actually love it, and I don’t do it to get skinny! I do it to get strong!

I’m stronger, happier and healthier.
I used to get faint at just standing up...
I took these pictures yesterday and I’m so proud of how I look now..
that I no longer long to be “skinny”, but I want to be healthy and thick, because that’s what my body wants, what I want..
