Heart palpitations

Has anyone ever had heart palpitations but not pregnant? I’m 20 years old and have had them for about 3 months now and it tends to only happen at night time. I read it may be due to stress but there are times where I’ll feel fine and not think about anything and I’ll just get them like my heart literally skips a beat or flutters. Thank you to anyone who responds I always freak out when it happens.
