Do you see a difference?
There’s only 15 lbs between these pictures. 315 and 300. I see a big difference but I’m like...how can 15 lbs make that big of a difference? I’ve been doing heavy weights and eating clean. No cardio really. For about a month? It looks like a massive difference but because it’s such a small amount in a small amount of time I’m thinking my eyes could be playing tricks on me? I want to be proud of myself but idk if it’s false pride if that makes sense because I want to see a difference. Thoughts??
