What’s the best formula ? Pros ? Cons?

Ladies in your best opinion what is the best formula to use with your little one ? 
With my first child I had to switch formula 3x until I found the right one. Any tricks or useful tips to help me find the best formula if it happens again?

We've exclusively used Enfamil from birth with both our girls. Our oldest started with Regular Enfamil Infant and then switched to the Gentlease a few weeks in for gas. For baby #2 we started on the Gentlease and will probably switch her to the Enfamil AR for spit up. But we've always had great experiences with Enfamil so it's the only brand I'll use.
