Pregnancy v PMS

Looking for advice please. I am 12dpo tested today and BFN! I tested today because of how I am feeling. I’m not usually like this before AF arrives. Do these symptoms sound like pregnancy symptoms or just normal PMS symptoms:

Feeling so emotional

Very teary

Been in bed all day with no energy

Cramping just on one side

Feeling nauseous

Feeling like my period is about to start

Do these all sound like more like pregnancy symptoms or just PMS? Just don’t feel like myself at all. Just lump in my throat and the slightest things are setting me off.
