Suggestions to prepare for natural birth?

What are some things you did to prepare for child birth? I’m planning to do it natural no epidural and I was wondering now that I’m in the 3rd trimester what are some things you did?

There’s nothing you can really do? Im confused as what you mean. 
Ive had three natural labors and I can say that nothing really prepares you for it until you’re in labor and feel the pain. I looked i to hypnobirthing and did classes with my first but honestly none of that helped once i got into labor. Each time I just had to take it one contraction at a time, remind myself it would be over soon, choose a good position to labor in, breathe, and be in silence.

Im going to have my 3rd unmedicated birth this fall. Watching videos of unmedicated births on YouTube helped me. There was a video of a woman explaining how contractions are like waves washing over your body to help open you up and bring baby lower and lower. That's exactly what I kept telling myself during contractions. I stayed focused and conpletely calm no matter how intense it got, reminding myself of the waves. Staying completly relaxed until the contraction is over and then repeating it for each contraction. Use those pain free breaks to pace yourself. When it gets super intense you are likely almost ready to push.
