Leaking amniotic fluid?

32 weeks pregnant & 5 days, 3 weeks ago baby was head down in position. 3.9 pounds. Currently been experiencing severe back pain, and cramping in the front. Kinda feels like a period. Also, I have a pad on right now because my underwear was super wet earlier. My underwear smelt sweet, and now I feel like I'm bleeding. Like how I would on my period. I'm not actually bleeding though... it's 12 am so I don't want to overreact and go to the hospital if it sounds like it's just pee or something.
