Baby shower drama 😡

My boyfriend (father of my unborn child) has not been the best when it comes to getting ready for the baby. Up to this point no one in his family have done anything to help us/me get ready. I’m

35 weeks pregnant. All of a sudden his family have planned a baby shower for today but didn’t ask to see if I was even available to make it. Instead this is the text I receive from his mother “You, your mother and your sister are invited to a baby shower at our house on July 5th at 3 pm. Hope you all can come.” I thought The shower was supposed to be about mom, dad and baby. But mom and baby won’t be there because i already have other plans! Yet they still want to claim it’s for the 3 of us 🤬
