I’m 16 and Last week my boyfriend and I got drunk together and I kept going in and out of consciousness, I can’t remember much about that night, but the thing I remember clear as day was waking up with my boyfriends cum all over me. I honestly don’t know if I was awake or not because it felt like I had just woken up, but my boyfriend told me that I was awake the entire time but fell asleep a couple of times earlier in the night. I’m not sure if this counts as rape as I might if consented to it. But I am rlly scared because I’m late by 4 days. He told me that he didn’t finish in me. But it was pretty close to my area, and he was pretty intoxicated. I can’t tell my family if I am pregnant because they think it is ‘shame’ for their family and will kick me out. Is it legal to get an abortion when your 16 with no parent consent??

Do not just go and claim rape. You both got drunk together and don’t even remember what happened. How do you know you weren’t actively participating? You could ruin his life. You need to attempt your hardest to recall stuff from that night seriously
