Yeah, I get them & don’t really know what causes them other than biting my tongue or cheek lol 
I went through a period where I kept getting them, but I learned to stay on top of them as soon as I feel them coming on with salt water.

Especially if you are eating or drinking things like apple orange juice, tomato anything with good acidic content. Stress can do that to.
