Sex with new guy please help

I want to have with this guy but my ex is making me feel guilty like he saying the right things

but he don’t want a relationship so... i don’t know why he doing that

Ima do it anyway I really do want to have sex with him

but he keeps accusing me of having sex with him and I really don’t like that I only had sex with my ex and trying to explore but I don’t want that guilt

But my ex wants me to tell the “truth” to him if i has sex with this new guy

Which I don’t think it any of his business but I don’t lie either I just feel guilt

He keeps telling me he loves me and cares for me but It’s like I don’t care anymore
