I'm very careful about covid because of my shaky health, I am afraid it could kill me.

My boyfriend works from home and is very careful so we can see each other.

His roommate got sick, but he was sure it wasn't covid and called it a "cold"- but he didn't tell me until I was in the house his roommate had more than just sinus issues. (Which I know is rare for covid, bout 20% of people who get it.) and the roommate is doing better, but my city is having like 1000+ cases a day right now.

Ugh I regret going, but I know my bf is careful, I thought I could rely on him to at least warn me :(

Anyway, I am isolating for 2 weeks...

Plans for the week, ruined. I just couldn't believe he could be in denial like that, I can't believe he didn't warn me- that his roommate was sick with what appeared to be a virus in the middle of a viral pandemic!

My relationship is not going well, and this certainly wasn't extremely helpful.
