Cramping 5/6 dpo?
Just a bit more info- I am on cycle day 22 out of 31 and have been using OPKs, I had my peak 6 days ago and since then it only decreased so I don’t think the cramping could be due to ovulation..
The cramping was like very mild period cramps and started 5dpo in the evening. Stopped and started again later on but was no more than 10/15 mins each time.
