How do you know if your baby has a tongue tie or lip tie?

I have a beautiful 2 week old baby boy 😍 this is my 3rd breastfed baby. My 1st 2 boys were perfect breastfeeder latched on perfectly. Could take my boob out in the dark and they latched all by themselves no problem. Even as young as 2 weeks. I know this because I remember having a conversation about it with my mom with my 2nd little guy.

Fast forward and here I am with another perfect little guy but we are having latching problems. He is breastfeeding but the latching takes a while. No I haven't reached out to a lactation consultant.

I am wondering if it is maybe a tongue tie maybe. I have no experience with it whatsoever but I feel like maybe thats what is causing him to struggle to latch?
