Bleeding during sex

So I’ve been with the same guy sexually for 3 years. I’ve been on the iud for the first 2 years, so I experienced all types of abnormal vaginal activity. However I just had sex last night, and started bleeding during the middle of it. It’s not menstruation, and the bleeding is/was not flowing out. I don’t get my period for another 11 days, and this is actually my ovulation week. When I wipe after I pee, it’s yellow but I’m not sure if it’s my urine or discharge. My discharge has also been watery for bout a week. I’m terrified because I don’t know if I’m pregnant or have an std. all the planned parenthood offices are booked until the end of the month and I just need a little bit of advice.
