ouchie!

hello ladies. i’m about two days away from my period and have been on the pill for around 7 months now and take it perfectly on time. today i was having sex and quite literally had to stop right in the middle of the act because i just got the WORST cramps of my life. it lasted for an hour and im still sore two hours after. the sex within the last week had been a little painful/uncomfortable, but i assume it’s because my period is on the way. does this happen to anyone else/ is normal?
