Question???

Has anyone who has twins let me know what symptoms if any did you started to feel early in pregnancy? I am about 5 weeks today (thanks to the lord ) and I was told by blood work overview only that it could be a possibility of twins. Reason why is because when I got my first drawn I got a low number of 9, then I had to get a repeat in 48 hours and the number jump (almost the quintuple) it when to 41, and then my last drawn was 48 hours after and it went to 103. Again we still need to get an ultrasound but I just want to know what are the chances and what symptoms if any should I look for?
