Am I pregnant or not ??!??!!

Sooo I took two pregnancy test two days ago they where both faint lines. Then the next morning I took the third and it was also faint . I went a got a digital one so I took them the next morning the first one said pregnant and literally after I took that the second one said not pregnant. Then the evening after I got off work I went to patient first they told me negative from a blood test so I just don’t know what to believe. I haven’t had any bleeding yet I’m 9 days late on my period . I just don’t know
