Not sure if I’m right or wrong.

I got pregnant in 03/2020, miscarried in 05/2020. I went through my June cycle, period was same as usual. With my previous 2 pregnancies I always experienced hot flashes and the PMS symptoms in overdrive! So that was my hint to take a test this time. I did, I have multiple positives, about 3, so then on 7/1/2020, which is period expected start date. I bleed through the night of 7/3. Filling up a pad, I’d say it started off medium and then the flow lightened up. I did not go to the doctor because I’d only be 5 weeks and a heartbeat probably wouldn’t be detected. I’ve been experiencing this week so far headaches, body aches, and light to mild cramping, I wouldn’t say severe. Which is similar to other pregnancies. Would you have gone or would you wait?
