This month I have taken a break from ttc. Kind of by choice but more because my husband started work again which is great. But now he only wants to have sex on the weekends which means the next time we can try for a baby would be October. I understand where he’s coming from. He works at a steel shop so he gets very dirty and showers when he gets home and doesn’t want to have to shower again to get all cleaned up after sex but I know there’s other things he can do to get cleaned up or just suck it up and take a minute shower to rinse off. I am giving up for a while to try and not get so invested in ttc. Just feeling a little sad for the first time since trying to get pregnant.
