I’m confused plz help me out

I had a miscarriage this yr around March 12th and then yesterday I was feeling horrible and throwing up well I took a test and it said no at first went back to it later that day and a very very faint line came up I gave it to my friend who is pregnant herself and said I was then I took another the line was darker and this morning I took one it was negative and then went back to the store to get a digital one and it says no idk I got a doctor appointment too for Tuesday just trying to stay positive
