TTC after miscarriage

I just had my miscarriage, and am still bleeding, July 3rd. I was wondering if anyone used the Promise Fertility or Conceive Plus vitamins and had a beautiful healthy pregnancy? I'm struggling with the loss and am trying to find other options to possibly have a healthy pregnancy.
