First time mommy and i’m due in Oct!! I’m a fairly anxious person when it comes to EVERYTHING especially the thought of labor and birth and caring for a newborn! i’ve heard that a lot of women hire doulas and they make the process a whole lot more peaceful and can even help w pain management when it comes to unmedicated births! did anyone hire a doula? if so, what was your experience like? was it pricey? (honestly the prices to hire a doula is what’s keeping me from hiring one 🥺) please let me know!
