Impossible potty training

So my daughter just doesn’t care to use the bathroom. She’s done it’s few times on her own but it’s a fight to get her to go during the day. I show her that I use a potty and I’ve shown her potty training videos, and read books. But she doesn’t care, she’ll tell me after the fact. I’ve tried letting her wear underwear and even with that she wouldn’t go. She doesn’t wet herself at night unless the ac makes her too cold. So in the morning she goes on the potty sometimes and others she holds it until she has a diaper on (we’ve sat on the toilet for 15 minutes sometimes) I just feel so defeated and don’t know what to do.
