Did anyone have to take covid test prior to retrieval or transfer?

I’m in Texas and I’m curious! For my previous transfer in June I did not take it! All they took was my temperature prior to coming inside the office

I had to before stims and before retrieval, plus they take temps every office visit.  (Don’t know yet about transfer).  I’m in Los Angeles and there’s a lot of covid here.

Not once!! Not even mentioned!! Just answer the questions and take the temperature!! Im in New York state, but no where near the city.

I had one before my transfer last month and will have to do another one next week before my ERA. Mine was actually just a thorough swab of both nostrils, not all the way up there like they show as the common test, which I was surprised about! Depending on how they test you, at least it’ll be quick and should hopefully give you peace of mind that you’re healthy!

I have to do it before retrieval. I voluntarily got one before starting stims bc I didn’t want to waste $$$ on meds if I already had covid. My husband also voluntarily got tested before I started meds because he had been traveling recently. Luckily we were both negative! My next test is scheduled for tomorrow 🤕

I’m in Texas, too. My clinic requires it before stims. I’m going into my third round of stims and second COVID test soon. I did the nasal one and I didn’t feel pain. It’s so quick, it’ll be done in seconds. Good luck!🙏🏼😃

I did it twice, once before starting stims and once before retrieval. Thankfully don’t have to before a frozen transfer since no anesthesia!

They tested me before I started ERA it was a new policy. And they want to test me before I start FET drugs and again right before transfer. 😬😬😬
