low hcg based on LMP?

my LMP was 5/31. cycles are normally 35 days, which puts me at 5 weeks 4 days. my first HcG on 7/6 was 180, and my second yesterday was around 380. i just got a call from my OB that they want to move my ultrasound from 7/22 to 8/4, because based on my HCG i’m not as far along as i should be. based on my hcg, they would say i’m between 4-5 weeks, not 5-6 weeks. anyone else go through this?

We have such a similar timeline! I usually have periods every 35 days as well. LMP 5/31 first HCG was 7/6 519. Had another one 7/9 different lab at 2000 and another draw today from the same lab as 7/6 pending results now. My doctor feels that I’m just not as far along as my LMP states since I most likely ovulated late.

So you have longer cycles like me - mine are typically 34-36 days.  Based on my LMP 6/1 my doctor has me at 5w3d as of yesterday’s blood draw.  I am almost certain that I am close to a week beyond that, 4w4d today I believe.
She has me tentatively planning to take an ultrasound next week and I don’t want to do it that early.
A lot will depend on what we see with tomorrow’s blood draw.  My hcg levels yesterday were 286 and she said that was appropriate for 5w3d which makes me hopeful as I believe I am not that far along.
I know it really depends on the doubling time, but I am trying to find all the positives I can this round 😊

With my first, I went in thinking I was seven weeks along. I have irregular periods.  But according to the ultrasound, I was only 5 weeks. My daughter was born at 38 weeks. But, weighed 8 lb 14 oz. I secretly believe she was actually on time, but maybe she was just a huge baby. She was healthy and perfect! Still is!

My LMP says I would be 6w5d, but I had an ultrasound done two days ago and the gestational sac was measuring 5w5d (I would be 6 weeks today). Doc said this is completely normal. And we can adjust my due date again if need be! I go back in two weeks from today to see baby! ❤️🤞🏻

I haven’t had my doctor call but my hcg levels were also low based on my last period and I know I have to be no less than 5 weeks when I got my blood draw. Like I said my doctor hasn’t called yet so I’m assuming it isn’t cause for concern. As long as the levels go up that’s the important part
