Ghosted

My boyfriend or Ex boyfriend now ig basically just ghosted me out of nowhere with no explanation. The last time we talked we had a normal conversation, I was the last to send a text and he didn’t respond and when I texted him again the next day I discovered that I was blocked. I don’t know how to feel about the situation or what made him do that out of the blue. I’m so confused, and I don’t know what I should do.
