4weeks 5days spotting

Hi ladies. Looking for guidance and hopefully positive outcomes. Side note I have called my doctor and waiting for them to call me back. This morning I spotted a little light brown cm which looked like it was watery/creamy with old blood. I thought it was just CM because I started progesterone. Just now I had a burst of actual blood, but the texture was thin and watery but definitely blood. Although I haven’t had more in the last 30 minutes. Has anyone had this and went on for a normal pregnancy. I had a miscarriage 8 months ago and that is in the back of my mind.
