Does this sound like labor?

I am 40+1. I couldn’t sleep all night. My hubs got home around 4am. I had sex at like 6am and after we finished, I got off of him and there was bright red blood. Sex didn’t hurt or anything. Then I came downstairs to nap/watch tv while he sleeps.

I’ve been having low back pain and cramps for a few hours. Now I have had to go to the bathroom #2 three times. I feel extremely hot. I’m worried this is labor.

Do you guys time your cramps? I guess it’s just not the way I pictured contractions.

Contractions are about 30 seconds long and every 3ish minutes
