Missed period, negative pregnancy test

Hi! I’m on a combination bc pill that I am very good about taking. A coupe cycles ago, I barely had my period just a little spotting. The next cycle I got my full force period. This month, I have completely missed it. All home pregnancy tests have come back negative. I’ve ALWAYS been super regular, both on and off the pill. Any chance I’m pregnant or does anyone have an idea of what’s going on?
