I’m 5 weeks. I am freaking out!! My brother is having symptoms and going to get tested and I woke up with a sore throat.

Just be careful with how sick you get and what you take. Keep your temperature down with Tylenol if it starts to raise, and drink tons of water and eat healthy. The virus is not believed to cross the placenta so it shouldn’t hurt the baby. But your immune system is lower right now so your body doesn’t reject the fetus, so let’s just hope it’s low enough to keep the fetus but high enough to fight the infection! And let’s also hope neither of you have it!

There’s not enough data to answer that right now. The data I’ve seen shows that pregnant woman had some clotting in the placenta. And that wasn’t across the board. In CA 2 women did pass (both had underlying conditions) and I know one of the babies was fine I don’t know about the other. The baby tested negative so that shows that it didn’t cross the placenta to them either. 
It’s all so new that you need to take precautions and know pregnant women can be more susceptible to respiratory issues. Not the virus itself but respiratory issues such as pneumonia which this virus seems to easily turn into which is why the ventilator issue is so huge. 
Compared to non pregnant cohorts pregnant women are more likely to end up hospitalized, in the ICU and on a ventilator. BUT the percentage last I looked was less than 1% more likely than a comparable non pregnant woman. 
At your gestation a fever is your most worrisome issue as high body temperature can cause issue. 
Practice social distancing, and wash your hands frequently if/when you need to go out.

Sore throat could be anything. It may be as simple as your house may be too dry, not enough liquids. Drink more water.

From what LITTLE information is available, covid doesnt seem to have much of, if any, effect on unborn babies.

Like the others said, nobody can know.
However if it's any peace of mind my husband has had covid-19 while I was pregnant and I never even had symptoms, baby is healthy so far. 
If you would contract the Covid-19, it would depend on how severe you would get it. 
Some people have it with no symptoms and no (permanent) damage.. If that's the case, the placenta SHOULD hold back the virus, so it shouldn't reach the baby anyways. However if you have a severe form and you get the high fevers and the breathing and lung issues that might cause damage to the baby.
