Pregnant with Crohns

so im currently 6w1d & i had an ultrasound on 5w2d that said i was measuring around 4w with just a small sac, but my levels were up at 8860. today my levels are up to 20K (just a little higher than that) but i dont have another ultrasound until the 20th. my doctor told me because of my crohns my baby could be growing slower than my hormones. anyone else on here with crohns & have something like this? i keep stressing because i want to make sure my baby survives but i cant tell how much she’s growing & i keep worrying about malnutrition and such 😒 anything that offers peace of mind would be great.
