Could I be pregnant?!

I take the birth control pill but I’ve been taking antibiotics for my sinus infection. Last week right before I started the antibiotics I had sex with my boyfriend we used a condom and he pulled out way before finishing. Yesterday me and my boyfriend had sex again also with a condom and he pulled out way before being close to finishing. I gave him head for him to finish. Also we filled up both condoms with water to make sure there were no holes (which there were none). I am safe right?
