Bad nausea
Ugh it’s just so bad today 😭 I literally never throw up cause I had a really bad case of the flu growing up, and so now I’m scared to throw up (long story). I’ve had lots of nausea since finding out I’m pregnant (7 weeks now) but it’s been relatively tolerable. I wake up this morning feeling so sick so I decide to shower and drink a glass of water and take my vitamins. I had to lay down due to feeling so bad and then when I went to get up to leave for work I threw up a bit. It wasn’t bad and honestly it made me feel a bit better but as the day went by I’ve just been feeling worse and worse. I’ve tried snacking, drinking my water and such. But I just feel like if I threw up again I would feel better. Is it bad to hold it in when feeling this way? I’m absolutely terrified of actually throwing up but I just want to feel better! What should I do?
